Returns Policy

We have set out the rules that apply to returns so please read them carefully.

CHANGE OF MIND
  • If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase on our site, we are happy to offer a full refund on the price of the product returned within a 14 day cooling off period, as per the consumer rights directive
  • Should a customer have reason to return an item, they need to complete the following Returns Form
  • We will then email you with a return letter to accompany your item
  • All returns must be accompanied with a copy of our returns form to facilitate us to process the refund promptly
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the order to us
  • Refunds will only be paid on the same card/account used to place the order and are for the value of the goods
  • Customers must complete the Returns Form within 10 days of placing the order and goods must be returned to us within 5 days of filling out this form
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery will be issued a credit note.
  • Returned merchandise must be resaleable, except if there is a product defect, in-transit product damage, or a valid product performance issue,  (no material or visible wear or usage), in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

  • To get a refund from us all returned items must be unused, in the state you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Again, please make sure that all items are unused and in re-saleable condition (in their original packaging and in the state you received them)
  • Goods returned will incur a handling / restocking charge of15% to cover our costs
  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • Please Note: Upgrading/Downgrading Firmware on items invalidates any Guarentee


FAULTY GOODS

  • If you should find that your goods are faulty on arrival or go faulty during the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement
  • Should a customer have reason to return an item, they need to complete the following Returns Form
  • We will then email you with a return letter to accompany your item
  • All returns must be accompanied with a copy of our returns form to facilitate the processing of the return
  • On receiving the faulty item(s), we will then send out the replacement - normally within 3 working days
  • Customers should inspect the goods on receipt to make sure all items are present and were not damaged during transit
  • Customers must inform us with 3 days of receiving a parcel if there is an item missing


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All returns should be sent to the Returns Address at the top of page
  • We do not encourage ‘Shop and Try it’ – customers should consult  technical email support before purchasing if unsure
  • Returned goods which do not meet the above criteria will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We are happy to re-ship such items back at the customer's cost otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days
